The National Youth Empowerment Circle (NYEC), in partnership with Dive Into Youth Organization, the City Government of Baguio, through the SIGLAT Baguio Youth Innovation Hub and other youth-led initiatives, proudly invites young leaders, advocates, and changemakers from across the region to the ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐, happening on June 28, 2025, at Ion Hotel, Ivory Hall, Baguio City, starting at 7:30 AM.
With the theme "๐๐จ๐ข๐๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐: ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ฏ๐จ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐," this event aims to gather passionate youth from Northern Luzon to engage in meaningful conversations, explore relevant advocacy issues, and collectively work toward a future anchored on inclusive, sustainable, and rights-based development.
The congress will feature a diverse lineup of guest speakers, youth leaders, and grassroots organizers who will share their experiences and expertise in different fields of advocacy. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of national and regional issues, develop collaborative strategies, and strengthen networks among fellow youth advocates.
