Impact Week - Train the Coaches

A three-day train-the-coach workshop marked the beginning of something transformative for the City of Baguio. Trained by international coaches, various stakeholders—including educators, professionals, and innovation advocates—are now equipped with Impact Week’s Design Thinking methodologies to drive innovation and enhance education within their communities.

This foundational training ensures the long-term sustainability of Impact Week Baguio City, made possible through the collaboration of Impact Week Senior Coaches, Benilde DOST Technology Business Incubator, TARAKI-CAR, and the City Government of Baguio through the SIGLAT – Baguio Youth Innovation Hub.

This workshop served as Phase I of Impact Week’s two-part program, focusing on building the capacity of junior coaches.
